Aircraft exploding mid-air + Death cam

After watching alot of videos and seeing some screenshots I noticed two things that are minor details but might help make the game look a tad better.
1. When aircraft blow up mid air the parts kinda fly off in all directions, thats fine if your hovering but if your zipping around the parts should fly off in a cone shape relative to your velocity and direction of flight. Id really like to see this as it adds just a little more immersion.
2. When you die in a vehicle it rather quickly switches to the death cam. Put a slight delay in it and let the info page fade in, I wanna watch my final moments for about 2 seconds :P This one isn't as important and it might make people feel the game is slower. Toggle?
