Gameplay: Vehicle customization to encourage tactics and focus

This is specifically concerning the deployed galaxy, and perhaps ground based vehicles like the sunderer.

I think a good option for customization would be a protective shield with an interval based respawn; instead of choosing the heavier armor upgrade, you can get a bubble that absorbs a small amount of damage before breaking, but refreshes every 10 seconds after broken. This would make it require less engineer repair-spam if you want to use a squad loadout that doesn't have and engineer to stay there with it

Why? Well, a few reason. It allows for more possibilities of using the galaxy as a forward base. Without it, you are very vulnerable to low, sustained damage over time from every enemy player if you are in the open, so you will probably be forced to deploy behind a rock. While this is not a bad thing, I see no problem with a type of galaxy that is a little better at deploying in less covered areas.

It will also encourage players to cooperate to quickly overwhelm it focus-fire it to kill it instead of just casually firing at it to inevitably whittle down its health over time from afar.

TL;DR players should be able to choose between heavier armor for dealing with burst damage, and something like this to minimize sustained damage, and they will require different tactics to overcome
