Command rank problem

ok, here hamma gets his command rank 1 http://www.planetside-universe.com/m...php?img_id=580 ... so i take this to mean that u only get one piece of add on (glove or shine guard) per rank increase.

this is only my opinion but i personally think that's ugly as hell. if ur an odd numbered rank ull run around looking like michael jackson and who wants that?!?!

this is a very very minute problem for me, and so far my only one. just wanted to put my two cents in about this aesthetic wrong doing.
