Left Handed Soldiers?

When you make your soldier, pick a favored side along with your empire. Problem solved.

I know when I play games and the character is left handed it bugs the ever loving @$#! out of me.

If you start to try making it "harder" to weed out it's use in combat, THEN its gonna be overpowered for those who will macro it and whatnot.

I can't speak for everyone, but just moving around and shooting will be enough. I don't want to have to worry about switching hands in the middle of fighting to keep on par with everyone else. That's just extraneous and annoying.
