This is going to be a look like a really stupid question to most people but I've had a look around and haven't found a definitive answer.
How much does ping affect PS1 players? I'm from the UK and have between 140-170 ping most of the time. I've been playing the last couple of days after the free 30 day thing (last time I played was way back in 2005-2006 on the EU servers).
Anyway, back to the issue, I'm having problems as in - I run up behind said NC/VS shooting away with my HMG every hit seems to register on the orange bubble hit thingy - and most the time they just turn around and kill me.
This is getting to the point now that my KD is around 0.2-3 which is frankly terrible. As you can imagine the issue is slightly infuriating.
If anyone could shed some light upon how much a 'high' ping affects PS1 that would be great. If its a skill issue I shall commit suicide now and you'll never see me again!
