Like serious, this crap has got to be the most aids shit ever. Iv been playing UT2K4 for like the last month, I move my mouse 2 inches, fast or slow and i do a 360, aiming is real smooth. But I thought i should probably get some tactical shooter practise in(I had the bath pre run, razor ready) so i install BFBC2, never really solving the issues with it last time, i gave it another crack.

Anyway, after like 30mins of fiddling with my mouse DPI and in game sensitivity and off course getting nowhere i hit google, im aware of mouse acceleration issues, i have mine set to 0 through the windows registry. What i didn't know is some fuck whit out there thought it was a good idea to put in negative mouse acceleration. what this means is that:

If you move your mouse from A -> B at a slow steady pace you do 2-3 full turns.

If you move your mouse from A -> B at a fast pace/flick you only do a 1/2 turn.

Likely cause? porting from consoles.

How to fix it? deeply fuck with your game settings ini folder http://www.geezergaming.com/main/ind...666&Itemid=177

Seriously, leave this shit out SOE or give us a tickbox.

Mouse acceleration fix for those unaware, good for you idiots playing PS1.... :/
