Is there any way I can give beta access to someone else?

Between the time that I put in my PC Gamer access key and now, the PC I was planning to play this on broke down.

With the way my income is looking right now, I won't make it in time for the beta.

But I don't want them to send me an invite for nothing. Is there any way I can give my beta access to someone else or is that against the rules?
