I haven't seen this particular speech uploaded to PSU, so here it is!
For all you TR fans, eat it up and grind your enemies to shreds.

When I first saw It I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be pretty good. If you didn't know it was fan made you might think the developers made it.

Edit: It almost convinced me to defect to the Terran Republic. Almost.
