I don't get this whole NDA discussion. By getting into the Beta and clicking download does not mean you have accepted or signed an NDA, unless it says 'By clicking download you are accepting out NDA policy'.
So in saying you got INTO the beta is not breaking it, after you sign the NDA, it would be breaking it. D:
Also, not only a PS1 Vet here but I also went out of my way to get a priority key on top of that... Didn't get in today because I am not an active PS1 player... Smells BS to me :\
