Looking for NC Casual but Strategic Outfit NA

Ok here is the deal I am ready to find some friends in this game but a few things first.

1 Where I go must not care if I am away for 3 weeks I play for fun if I get burned out or Real life gets in the way I will be gone for as long as it takes.

2 I'm married so if my wife shows interest shes in to.

3 Comms gotta have them and use them.

4 Base Defending\Taking I dont care for zerging I like to grab some thing and hold it with team work.

5 Needs to be active more then 25 members would be preferred.

6 No membership fees this was laid down by my wife lol.

7 Not really a requirement but if you play ME3 MP that would be a bonus to, my other addiction. lol

And a little about me.

Well I used to be a BHD(Black hawk Down) player (RUNNER Squad and IDC) that was cool but small scale Then I played JO (Joint Ops) (Also with IDC and later with the JOIC community) that was sweet 150 players on at a time, that was cool. But then there was a mod for JO called JOIC and it let you have 250 players in a tournament that was organized fun to the max!

Then I had kids and the gaming scene went to more single player games like the Mass Effect series and then got hooked on ME3 multiplayer recently and realized my kids are old enough now that I can get back into mass multiplayer games again with out sacrificing daddy time with my kids. I hope to make some good friends and have many years of good fun with this title.
