NA East - Looking for an competitive outfit

Hi!
I've been playing PS2 since the start of the beta and now I'm looking for an outfit!

I'm a competitive player, who prefers surgical incursions than zerging around. I'm come from a past of CS, BF2, BFBC 1-2, BF3, Arma, and a lot of mmorpg's.

I'm a friendly guy with 26 years old, who likes to work as a team and play a little bit more seriously than casual.

What I'm looking for: (Any faction)

- A mature, friendly, organized and tactical group of players with a really strong leadership.

- Experience in FPS and compromised to achieve objectives.

- Active members who can make a full platoon on different hours of the day. ( I'm not looking for a 20- or 100+ outfits)

- Divisions of infantry, armor and air.

- Military comms and tactics.

- Use of third party voice comms like TS, Mumble or Ventrillo.
