Anyone know anything about Youtube's You-Can't-Monetize-This engine?

Been running into more issues lately trying to monetize my Youtube videos (http://youtube.com/user/WarpathWrel) and I have no idea what the issue is.

So I'd like to know what:
A. SOE's stance on gameplay -> youtube monetized videos is.
B. Where I can find some documentation/who I can contact about it to allow me to post these sorts of things.

I've combed the Terms of Service and End User Agreements and come up with nothing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
