Updated Live Command Center Notes new Vanu Concept

MAX Abilities

NC Ability - Shield ability for NC Max they cannot use weapons - used to break the lines
TR Ability - Lockdown siege mode
VS Ability - move faster and fire faster but will take more damage.
Max transport modes - speed run coming back so they can run like vehicles.

Misc

Buggies in GU08, rumble seat that will fit MAX units.
