High resolution or high graphics effects?

High resolution or high graphics effects?

Are you the type to turn up your resolution to get more on the screen, or keep your resolution lower and crank up the anti-aliasing and other goodies?

I myself run high at 1280X1024 with 4XAA and 8XAF, with graphics twitches only once in a blue moon.

What's your preference?
