Been getting some request for this type of stuff. In the future it will probably be more outfit oriented, but this is typically how I play when I'm solo. Don't always have this much success, but this type of play style, is pretty much the staple of my Infiltrator diet.
Some things to note
1. Before someone says these enemies are bad or players on my server are bad, it has nothing to do with the server. I really don't know the skill level of the enemies in this video but this if you're playing infiltrator right and in the right situation most of your kills will come on people who don't know you're there until it's too late.
2. This shows just how powerful the detect device can be. It did most of the work for me. Also many of the situations in this video a flash radar wouldn't work.

4. Also you will see me run straight towards the side of enemies a lot. That's because I know their FOV is limited. Also people tend to focus more on the middle of their screen so they very often miss a cloaker off to the sides.
