Not sure what the criteria is to get this, some discussion on the PS2 forums:
http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/i....122557/unread Here's what it looked like for me, NC, compared to my default camo "Clover", which I used because it was (previously?) the darkest camo NC could get (click for full-size image):  This one is black with some not-too-bright blue bits. Seems darker than Clover overall. Finally some of us have been brought up to the Vanu default?
