Seriously, if you were going to set up a mouse and keyboard in front of your TV, where would you put them? As I said before, some people will use a mouse and keyboard with their console, but for most it is too much of a hassle. If having a decent experience with the game is predicated on that it's just a barrier to entry that SOE does not want it's players to have to go through.
