Just did a test in VR, full level the blockade armour reduces damage 12% from the side front and top and 25% rear... however 2 C4 without leaves a sundie 1 shot from dead.. WITH it it ends up as more like 4-5 shot (by shots I mean phoenix rockets). That is NO 12%.... in terms of health without it you end up about 1/10 health left after 2c4 with it its about half hp... thats more like 40% less damage
