Build or Buy?

Hi there!

To keep this simple, otherwise I'll be here for hours. I'd like some advice on what to choose and what the capabilities of each are.

Thats a build that I pieced together after stalking lots of forums on the matter. Ideally I didn't want to go over £800 (I could probs knock off a little from the case or something) but thats Ok.

After speaking to a couple friends, we checked out some premade gaming computers and I found this:

Slap bang on my budget, looks awesome, has an i5 processor and Nividia GPU (was told that both of these were great for PS2) but will it be enough? Ideally I would prefer to just go down to the shop and pick that up because as I mentioned, I really don't know what I'm doing.

So thats it, would the Cyberpower be able to compete with the custom build I came up with, and are there any tweaks I could/should make to the custom one?
