SOE migration, need to DL game again.

Anybody else found this? did the migration thing, opened the launcher it told me to download and now its making me download the game again (well a 9 gig download). Is there a way to not need to do this or do I need to download some SOE version of ps2? or perhaps its a 9 gig update....
