How to upgrade AV Turret on PS4?

Hi guys, I've been playing a couple of weeks now and found out how useful the AV turret is.
I've noticed WIKI saying you can upgrade the cooldown, but I don't see an option on PS4, just for AI.
Is it not possible on PS4, or is it grouped up with AI?
