Quick Question plz help

I got my discs today (thank god) and downloaded everything succesfully. However i cannot connect to the server. I log in with my station name, blah blah then when i click play it goes into game and says i cannot connect to server after like 30 secs. Right now its 12:40 EST, are the servers down, or is it a problem on my side?

Server is down. The're fixing the zone crash issue, eta til being done was almost an hour ago. So we could be waiting for quite a while.

To tell the truth, I've only driven over three friendlies in my time, and once was done by a guy who was abusing the grief system to force other players into weapon lock. He'd purposely run in front of vehicles after he TK'd enough to get weapon locked himself. The other two guys I've run over, well, they should have watched where the hell they were going. I'm more concerned about the well-being of my tank than I am about the safety of some nimrod grunt who has a complete lack of respect for large, fast-moving machines, akin to many pedestrians today.

But I've never driven over anyone in Sanctuary, and I doubt I ever will. Anyone who does is plain careless.
