Okay, folks,
It ain't all perfect yet...but HUGE strides were made today.

First, the things that are big issues:

1) The shuttle still doesnt' work. Actually, technically, it DOES work...but when it takes off, you don't get updated to that fact and the map interface doesn't show up. If you get stuck like that, just quit the application and restart it. You'll appear at the map interface and can drop pod correctly thereafter. But, in general, you should probably just avoid the Shuttles until Monday when we can fix it.

2) There is HORRIBLE lag (sometimes) when you first enter a zone. It lasts 2-4 minutes after you zone. But it *will* go away. If you're patient, and can tolerate sitting through it, everything will get to normal. If you don't zone too much, this isn't a huge problem. (And since drop pods don't work properly at the moment, you probably won't zone a huge amount, so this will last until Monday.)

We're taking Easter off, so we'll be back Monday to do more work on the game. See you then!

Meanwhile, the second server is UP! Enjoy the extra world capacity.

By the way...the high-water mark for the server tonight was 4306 players. We cleanly broke the 4000 barrier, and then some. 5000 here we come!

peh.... overconfidence. overconfidence is weakness. if you were so 'evolved' then you should have outgrown petty things like that. avoid overconfidence, and respect your enemy as a skilled opponent, as in your moment of overconfident weakness, he will strike a blow which will drop you to your knees.
