How do you spend your battle points on the certifications?

I have a couple of questions here.
How can you gain command rank like how do you actually do it?
the other one is WHat is the fastest way to gain Battle EXP( besides killing just othger stuff)?

To gain Command Points, you have to be the leader of a squad. To do that, just /invite people to join you and you are the leader by default.

The best way to get points is to cap bases. If your squad is the one that actually performed the hack, the leader will get CEPs for doing so, while everyone else gets BEPs. If another squad gets the hack, you still get BEPs as long as you are in the base (SOI) when the hack is finished and your squad has killed enemies during the hack.
