The biggest thing I took from the new Launchpad.exe file is we now have the word "Training" below the "Play" button. Hopefully we are 1 or 2 steps closer to offline training being implemented.
At least we'll have something to do while the servers are down

I saw that the 1st load screen is slightly nicer along the edges, and the chat button is moved along with the training thing there.... just hope it works better!
