Radeon 8500 vs 9200

I currently run a Radeon 8500 64meg on my Athlon XP 2k, 1gig PC2100. Performance is acceptable and certainly playable. I'd like to upgrade my card. Question is, will the 9200 128meg be that much of an improvement over the 8500. I hear the 9200 is really an 8500 with more ram and new box. Any ideas. BTW I don't want to spend more than 150.00 for a new card.

I know you say you don't, but I would just save up a few bucks, and buy a Radeon 9500 Pro for about $175.
