Offline - no login

Do you need a patch to use offline training?
If so... do you need a login to get the patch?
If not... how do you access the training?

Or... am I completly wrong about everything?

You need to patch to update everything. After patching, the off-line training button is right below the play button.

lol, does anybody else see something kinda funny there? You have to be connected to the interent to us the offline training. Hehehe, the whole world amuses me.

thanks...but do you need a login to patch? I have strict guides to when i can play (don't ask why, i want to play NOW) and that's not for a while... so i don't want to waste the free 30 days...

try running planetside.exe from command prompt (dos) or make a shortcut, add -off at end.
click command prompt under start>accessories
goto directory you installed game
type planetside -off

When you install planetside, it makes a shortcut for "Training" which I would assume is just planetside.exe -off

I thought that was ironic too, until I found that out.

you have to do each thing before the next one becomes unlocked (AKA you must complete 1 before you can do 2)
