i cant login to my guy on EMerald!!! pls help

when i try to log in it says "you have left the world" how can i contact help??? please ... my characters br 18 cr 1 its important i dont want to delete him any number i can call?

Call a funeral home, then Kiss your character's ass good by! I'm just kiddin, there's some kind of support number but nobody has ever gotten any good out of it.

The same thing happened to me this morning with my main character on emerald. I was able to log into my other characters but I haven't been able to log into my main one yet.

so your not the only one in the same boat.
