Contact Comcast


If you have comcast and are unable to access the site (say if you are browsing by IP, modded hosts file, or from work) please contact them and tell them that you are unable to do a DNS lookup on PSU.

Do not let them try and say it is PSU, because I have tracked the issue to a specific router. The more calls the better.

*sigh* I hate calling tech morons I'll just have to live without PSU on the weekends cause I don't plan on going through the hassel of talking to those idiots after waiting on hold for 2 hours.

Well this issue has been ongoing with them since before August 20, I have no idea what other steps to take to hurry their asses up. I think the more phone calls they end up with the better

Yeah I figured that was your goal. I just dispise having to call any tech support who have never even broken the seal on their computer cases. They will read to me, "reboot your computer and unplug the hairdryer and kick the cat, that should fix it", from their pre-written responses.
