Thought this might be of some interest to you all.
Planetside is ranked 39th and is losing to SWG and Shadowbane. Counter-Strike is starting to show its age by being way down at 99th place.

SWG appeals to the mass amount of drooling SW fans, most of which are online, so it doesent suprise me that its #1. Personally I want a new game, not somthing that puts me in a world i already know about.

Glad to see counterstrike moving down the list.

Enemy Territory #52?

The only game in the top 50 I am going to buy (excluding the ones I have already bought, which is only 3 of em') is Planetside, and how it is below Civ III Play The World is beyond me. That is an absolutely awful expansion.

That they somehow managed to put it below Nightfire is even more disconcerting.

Planetside of course is the top game on that list I want. hehe, but also appealing to me is C&C Generals, Splinter Cell, SC4, and a couple others.

Other than Planetside, I've been eagerly awaiting Max Payne 2, Star Wars: KOTOR, Battlefield 1942 Expansion, and Halo.

Ooooooh yeah, I am definitely interested in the new Command & Conquer. That will be a good game to pick up and play while I'm waiting for PS!

Odd how they mixed the old games with games that aren't even out yet. Well hell, Planetside 2 is my #1 list.

Planetside and SWG are doing extremely good seeing as the games have not even been released yet.

This just proves that sony needs to spend about 2 million on a MASSIVE advt. campaign for PS... really it does.

Also, for those of you eager for CC:Generals.. haveing played the game for a month now.. I am leery, VERY leery of this title.

They most definitely aren't the best 100 games, just the 100 most wanted (read the fine print). CS for example still has an extremely high amount of players and was probably better than alot of games on there, but was low because no one really wants it, they all own it!.
Btw hamma, C&C lagged to shit but i used to play it on heat.net
