Guys, this post was started and finished in April, 2003. The guy who replied to my post bumped it. Don't bother replying to the original poster's questions, as I'm sure he's not around to read them, and even if he were, you're about eight months too late.

Dear Mr JakeLogan, Don't bump threads that are over 8 months old. Not only that but the Vangaurd has had it's ROF reduced since War posted that so no it would not in fact be ironic that things are the same since, you know, they aren't.
