Line of Contact will support the Xbox custom sound track thing, and since its a game steep in military, and gritty realism (as far as 10 story mechs can be called real) i want some songs steep in war, like stuff from the Veitnam era, or other music that is simply good for such a thing that im looking for, like Flight of the Valkyries. so post away with your best war music. thanks.

Gustav Holst - Mars from the Planets Suite. It has an ominous, 5/4-time, star destroyer feel to it.
Night On Bald Mountain would be good too. In Fantasia it's the scene where all the dead spirits and demons are dancing around the evil god up on the mountain. Any Korn or Godsmack would probably work well too. |

Holst = teh win. Song of the Blacksmith is petty good too, but far too short to be of use in a warsong setting. Depending on what type of war it is (Planetside vs. Call Of Duty, for example), KMFDM may be warranted. The latest album is nothing but blindingly fast industrial rock. Same thing goes for Dimmu Borgir, though, that generally only works with UT2K* *reacquires Mars, bringer of war, for nostalgia purposes from Middle school band...*
