Right now the Battle rank cap is set at 21. The maximum cert points is something like 23 or 24.

When you log on to a server you need to select an empire and then you can create up to 4 characters on that server. If you decide to switch empires on that server, then you simply delete all characters on that server and start over.

You can log onto multiple servers, however. This allows you to play all three empires at the same time if you choose to.

and what about clans? u will play everytime with the same name and same char. but i think this chars will be saved on the local server, or not? that means i have the push up on all server my chars if i would play in a clan? i only post this question cuz i dont know how u handling that with the clanwars...

or is there a mainserver 4 clanwars?

there are no clanwar servers up and theres nothing like that. but, outfit owned bases are coming soon. Second, your stats and grief points all stay on one of the 3 servers. Werner for Europe. Emereld for east coast. and Markov for West coast.

Your character information is stored on the server, yes. Not on your computer.

Clans (which are called outfits in PS) exist permanently on the server as well. There aren't any clan wars, only battles between the three empires.
