It was a tough call between Cyssor and Forseral, but since so many people are picking Cyssor, I'm going to give Forseral some love.
It's not a real big continent, and the proximity of the bases leads to some vicious vehicle battles. Controlling Bel gives you the northern bases as you can repair those same vehicles quickly. Caer is already the capitol as between the close access to the caverns and the fact that it's a Lattice chokepoint (note to any VS group that overruns the contient...if the TR counter-attack in force...fall back to Caer and CE the crap out of it...you can hold that much easier than the three bases close to the WG). I love the fights on Forseral, both defending and invading.
Cyssor is cool too, except the east and west of that continent are so divided that you end up fighting over the same trio time and time again (Gunuku, Kaang, Itan). The fact that it is almost a permanent three-way battle is kind of cool though...if you're into that sort of thing.
My least favorite is the snow continents, but it's because of the way the cliffs work out (especially on Cery) where you'll spawn within 300m of the base, but are down at the bottom of a 300m cliff. Sucks going two klicks out of the way while the enemy just lobs shells and such down on you. Also don't like how the flight ceiling isn't adjusted for the cliffs. I'll still fight on them, but as a last resort.
I also don't like Hossin, but even then it's not that I HATE it, because those swamps are kind of cool. I just dislike it as I'm a sniper and there's a bunch of fog everywhere that makes long range visibility difficult. Still, fun to be had there as well.
