people like that have:
a) too much time on their hands b) mental conditions people like that should: a) not use a computer (or be allowed to use one- THEY'RE STEALING THE WORLD'S BANDWIDTH) b) snap the CD that has their OS on it, then using the broken peices slit their wrists....

All of them except the first one need extreme mental evaluation, a process that could last in excess of 60 year, unfortunately. The first one cannot be helped and can only be "cured" with a small piece of metal striker her cereborum.
