I would have to say Quiznos, and although it technically isnt fast food, White Spot makes the best god damned burgers in the world, unfortunately none of you have probably ever been there. (It's only in BC Canada).

Steak n Shake pwns all other smoothie/shake places...plus they have burgers. so its like, double the fun!

People always ask this in these fast food threads. Their menu is small, so they can make what they offer damn near perfectly. They only have them in California, Nevada, and a few in Arizona.
