TeamSpeak add on utility

Anyone have the link to that utility that displays the name of the player speaking on teamspeak? I remembered a post about that a few weeks and can't find it.

Wouldn't this be detected by something in PS and pick it up as a 3rd party program?

Aside from using a lot of memory:

It does not interact well with fraps.
If I alt-tab PS and try to do anything with the TSO utility, planetside automatically closes.
It only shows people when talking, it does not show those who recently entered a room/server.

Otherwise, its pretty swell.

This was posted on the OF and spork I think said he didn't think it would cause and problems and is looking into it.
