Open IE->Tools->Internet Options->Content Tab->Auto Complete

After that, you can clear your history, and if you want, turn it off completely so your history never shows up in search engines.

I think you can also expand the list, and just highlight the one you wish to delete and hit the "delete" button. maybe not tho.
