When the hell was the second movie released to theatres? It must of flown right under my radar.

Does the second movie follow the book at ALL? God knows the first one didn't.... (ok, maybe a lil bit of bootcamp, but even that was butchered).

It did not pass go, did not collect $200, and went right to video.

it didnt follow the book at all, unfortunatly, it was about some soldiers stuck in a tower that acted as a landing platform, and they got fucked over by the aliens when they took over some of their minds, only good thing about the movie was that there was this REALLY hot chick and she was in the nude, and i mean HOT. besides that, the movie was alright, but it gave me a headake in the end.

Movies>Books

With a movie you walk in, sit in a comfy chair and relax while your entertainment is spoon fead to you. You actualy have to think when you read. Plus based on the simple fact that reading is a school subject and movie watching is not I declate movies better then books. Its simple logic people, really simply.

actually movie watching is a course in school too, it just depends where you are. Also some people want to think, not just get it the easy mass marketed corperate version of the artist's(author's) vision

I was actually commenting on the retarded AD for the movie, because it sucked so horribly, and the fact that they think the AMAZING SPECIAL EFFECTS is the only reason to buy it themselves...is just pathetic
