Yeah... i can't believe it either. After all the PS bashing i've done and now im on Emerald kicking ass.

It's not really my fault. I mean, how could I pass up the $9.99 deal fileplanet had, where you get the game and a month of play?

So.... anyone on Emerald I can play with? Im totally newbar at the moment. This game is nothing like Tribes, UT, AA, or Halo. It's taking me a bit to work out the damage models.

I joined the TR, they seemed the most conservative.

As for equipment, im messing around with the thumper right now. I like it, but it's kinda easy to FF. Maybe i'll try the rocklet launcher but the reload is really slow.

Oh, and i hate the cycler. I can't kill shit with it. I crouch and burst fire with it for like 5 minutes and i can't kill shit. Then some jerk with a NC medium assault kills me from 50 meters in like 2 seconds.

Meh, it made a difference of over 100 ping.

35 ping compared to 160-200 is more than enough to make a difference.

well Ive been on NC Markov for over a year now, and I had any problems. just my 2 cents.

Im also on TR emerald, only like BR8, but I still play there fairly often.

You sir need to learn how to use it, the cycler is very effective, especialy closer up going full auto with the small COF bloom and right clip/refire rate, and use longer bursts to knock the guasses aim of, you hit him a couple of times and he has to stop firing to let his COF go back down. there is only one hitbox so aim for the body.


Or just go like th rest of TR with Personal shield and HA

Nad your right good ping maskes alot of difference. except in the midddle of the country i don't have much variation

Like the Black Widow Company, the Outfit of myself, Dharkbayne, Firefly, Sputty, etc...
I won't go into a whole recruiting spele, but we have everything that Dhark mentioned up there, and much more. Just ditch the Cycler; while the MCG may cost four more points, it has only a marginally shorter range and an amazing ROF. Laterz.
