Q's about new PC

i've got a few q's so...
what GFX should i get from the radeon 9000 or geforce-fx series', nothing over 60 pounds though(about 120 dolars)
in memory, what does the PC<number> mean, will it be better if i go for a larger number here, seeing that it only costs two quid extra???
is there anything else i'll need to look out for when buyin my PC???

for 120 you can get a 9600pro witch is the best you could possibly get
