The Phantasm is in the newest patch on the test server - some guy on the OF looked in the coding and found info on it - the coding is complete, and they've made all the sounds etc, it's all in there, but for some reason it's not active.

I would find a link to the thread but I'm too lazy. And on holiday.

So in other words what you're telling me is that YES, concept art is highly probable because they already have an outer image, hence the shell is already designed.

Depends on how correct the assumption is

I just didn't see it having much relevance to any other post after your previous one, so I guessed it was something to do with what I'd said regarding why we hadn't had them yet. *shrug* Ambiguity is also a dangerous thing, as it results in assumption
