I can't patch because the installer trys to extract stuff to the C drive (my Windows partition) and then it says that there isn't enough space to do that . ( I use D as my main drive)

Its only like 200mb max of extracted stuff, cant you just delete some stuff off your C: drive? Or move it, temporarily? Also, doesnt that mean your page file is a bit screwed?
