How would I go about doing this INEXPENSIVELY. I want to record some of the cool stuff you can do in it and post it in some GTA:SA forums I visit. Any help is appreciated x3247528937549.

A TV card? That sounds pretty easy. I'm using a junky TV though so I hope there is some that work. Would it involve taking anything apart? Are they available at common store like Best Buy or CompUSA?

Yes. refer to Jaged thread for the same thing in the tech forum, from the other day.
I linked a cheap TV tuner card with A/V inputs. Edit: all you'll have to do is open your case and take out and oput back in 1 screw.

TV tuners cards are easy to set up, all you have to do is take off the side panel unscrew an open PCI slot, plug the card in, screw it in, boot up and instal software.
unless your video card already has Video in.
