Weight-170 Bench-255 Squat-Been awhile but like around 395, over 430 with wraps or suit deadlift-some reason I suck at this, 310, it should be as high as my squat but eh whatever. My school won state last year so hopefully we can this year. My one friend, chun weis a beast. He weighs like 140 and benches as much if not more then me. Crazy mofo came in 1st place weight class and like 7th overall i think. I was 2nd in my weightclass. Some dude benched like 295 easily I was like "HOLY SHIT" Hopefully by next year I can make the 1000 pound club. All I gotta do is raise squat a lil then work on deadlift and im in. Only need 50 pounds.

Not really. It doenst really matter how much you bench just that well 55 is in all honesty pretty bad. My dad is a strong as fuck dude as a drywaller and what not and only benches 125. I do it for a sport and visit the gym every other day is why mines up. 2 years ago I only benched like 95 for maxout, so im proof that if you care enough you can get better.

Dude, 55 isn't that bad, especially if you don't go to the gym and are not an endomorphic body type. If he's a runner, he's a runner.

Not really sure how much I can do... then again, it doesn't really matter to me at all... "z0mg I can bench 342 lbs I r liek zo kool" I play hockey... I need speed, not incredible muscle mass in my arms. But boys will be boys I guess...

yeah i play football need strength and speed for that...and lift weights for fun...but what sucks is i cant seem to gain weight
