Used to play with my father, he whould get quite irate that the Garand isnt always a one shot kill because it was pretty much a better gun then the german POS (the name elludes me right now) all around. But for the sake of game balance they reduced its killing power.

Kar 98 > Garand Hands down in that game the German Kar 98 is so much better than the garand. the Garand isnt 1 shot kill, its not as accurate as the kar.

I just got done with a game.... CS has sapped my skill. I need to get back to normal.

Thats his point, in the actual fighting the Garand was by and far superior to the 98, its one of the reasons that we had an advantage on the batle field.
