Dude, sony wasnt the first company to do this. What about N64's rumble packs? Unless there was even someone before that. Not to mention that microsoft and nintendo have current consoles out that do the exact same thing. Why sue Sony? Hell every console since N64 (that i can think of) has had a vibration feature.
