Because your computer would blow up if you tryed using graphics like on on Planetsides scale.

Because Planetside was released in 2003, not 2006. And yes, it would destroy both server and home computers more so than it does. I like only having to have 1 Gig of ram, not 2 pls.

looking at your other posts i see am trend here. to be honest i play planetside for the gameplay. graphics are just gravy. there are much better graphic games out there.

i would really rather they spend the time tuning up the teamwork elements of this game. if the graphics have to stay the way they are to have that happen... well, i am fine with that. heck i am better than fine with that..

and yes, as others have stated. if this game required graphics that high to play there would be four people playing. the four people who could afford the UBEROMFGWTFBBQSYSTEM needed to play it.

that would be really easier to get base caps when there are only two other guys running from sanc to stop you.

As lots of people have said before if you want good graphics play Far Cry or Doom, not a mmofps.
