I have added a new FAQ entry which is entitled "Informicons" it explains all the nifty new icons that appear under almost everyone's names. You can check it out here:

If anyone has some suggestions for additional Informicons please speak up in this thread

I have a question, why is my name pea green, and I've notices certain other's are that why too.

I'd say some different Icons that show how long you've been here, one for 1 year, 2, 3, under a year maybe.

Then some fun ones, like "tards" or "banned", "fuckface", you get the point.

Thanks for the suggestions X - we have been playing around with the idea of distinguishing how long people have been here but haven't made a final decision.

I've reverted the Gold contributors (100$+) back to Gold. I was toying with the colors at work and got sidetracked by.. work. Gold seemed to bright to me but.. any other color seems odd

Gold is cool cause it reminds us that we did have money untill we contributed to PSU... hehe

I like them by the name too cause I didn't even notice them where they are now.

Yea there are alot of things floating through my head as well. I've always felt that the left user pane has looked cluttered so we may do something with that as well.

These informicons are awesome, especially the logged into Planetside in the last past 30 days is a really cool idea. It would be neat to get some of these for being a long time member or post counts.

We might not want a post count one. It tends to feed people's egos.
