Following suit with all the new previews coming out, IGN has released theirs.

To make sure that no one is unhappy with their choices they made at the beginning of the game, players will be able to move their certification points around from place to place. This can only be done in certain locations however, and will mean that you are losing the ability that you moved points out of. Picking and choosing your certifications will make you a fairly specialized character.
